Whatever you have will end, but what Allah has is lasting. And We will surely give those who were patient their reward according to the best of what they used to do. Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer – We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do.
Don’t explain. People only hear what they want to hear.
A lot of research has been done on this and, in general, the findings have been fairly consistent. In summary, a leader displays the following traits:
· Decisiveness: A good leaders is able to make a firm decision - and is willing to accept full responsibility. They rarely waver or change their mind.
· Competence: A leader knows his stuff, provides the needed information, and is able to persuade and influence others.
· Integrity: A leader is committed, reliable, worthy of respect and trustworthy.
· Vision: A leader has a vision and will take you there. They have a sense of purpose, are highly motivated, will overcome the obstacles and persevere.
· Modesty: The most effective leaders don’t boast about themselves. They’re not looking for position, or applaud from others. Also, they are quick to share the credit and to highlight others’ work.
· Persistent: The leaders who inspire and achieve the most are those persevere despite the disappointment. They need to be flexible if something isn’t working – but they’ll keep on going till they reach their goals.

Life is shorter than it often seems. Sometimes we are only given a few minutes to be with the ones we love, and hundreds of hours to spend thinking of them. Cherish the moments you have with your friends and family, because in one single second they can be taken away from you forever.

Seringkali kau merasa sudah terlalu lelah dan nyaris rebah. Tapi jangan pakai sisa energi, langkah dan nafasmu untuk menyerah. Bangkit dan rebut niscaya!
Ikhlas itu sebuah rahasia yang amat dalam dan yang mengetahuinya hanya hati nurani dan Allah. Bahkan, menurut riwayat, setan dan malaikat pun tidak bisa mengetahuinya. Pernyataan bahwa “saya ikhlas” belum tentu mencerminkan kadar keikhlasannya.
